This bread is so delicious and always a HUGE crowd-pleaser. A friend of mine calls it crack bread. We love it with a big Italian meal. It just tops it off as wonderful! ENJOY!

Ingredients For cheesy crack bread

8 ozshredded mozzarella cheese

1 lbshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cgreen onions, chopped

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
2 Tbspsour cream

3-4 clovegarlic, minced

1 stickbutter, softened to point of being slightly melted

1-2loaves of French bread or ciabatta or a baguette - sliced into two
How To Make cheesy crack bread

1In a large bowl, mix together the cheese and the green onion. Stir in the mayo & sour cream. In a separate small bowl, blend the butter and garlic until smooth. Add the butter mixture to the cheese mixture.

2Preheat broiler. Lay crust side of bread down. Spread the cheese mixture over the bread. Place under the broiler until nicely browned, about 3 to 5 minutes.

3Remove from broiler and let sit for 5 minutes (will be extremely HOT). Slice the bread with a bread knife and serve!
