Ingredients For cheesy bacon bombs

  • 2 lb
    bacon
  • 1 pkg
    cubed mozzerella cheese
  • 1 tube
    8 count - refridgerated biscuits

How To Make cheesy bacon bombs

  • 1
    Quarter biscuits. Place a cheese cube inside each quartered biscuit and seal tightly. Wrap bacon tightly around biscuit and use a large skewer to hold together. Heat pan of vegetable oil to 350 degrees and place them in only a few at a time. Once they are golden in color and the bacon is cooked remove and place on a stack of paper towels to drain. Serve while warm.
