It's a family favorite for Christmas. If I would have known there was horseradish mustard in this cheese ball first time I tasted it, I probably would not have tried it. Now it's my absolute favorite cheese ball recipe and a family "must bring" for Christmas. It makes a great Christmas gift for friends and neighbors.

Ingredients For cheeseball with a kick

  • 2 pkg
    8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2 pkg
    chipped dried beef diced
  • 4 tsp
    horseradish mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    dried onions
  • 1 pkg
    (small pkg) chopped pecans for rolling

How To Make cheeseball with a kick

  • 1
    Stir horseradish mustard into softened cream cheese. Add onions and diced beef. Mix well. Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate until firm.
