Super easy snack that is a big hit at family gatherings. It can be very easily doubled!

*TIP: To ensure that it's vegetarian, use a worcestershire sauce without anchovy!
I find mine at a local grocery store called Smith's (Kroger) it's their store brand worcestershire, and it contains NO anchovy.

Ingredients For cheddar cheese ball

  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    green bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • dash of garlic powder
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • sliced almonds or whole pecans

How To Make cheddar cheese ball

  • 1
    Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  • 2
    With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except nuts, until the mixture is smooth.

    Shape into a ball & refrigerate until the ball is beginning to set.
  • 4
    Roll the ball in pecans or almonds.
