Super easy snack that is a big hit at family gatherings. It can be very easily doubled!
*TIP: To ensure that it's vegetarian, use a worcestershire sauce without anchovy!
I find mine at a local grocery store called Smith's (Kroger) it's their store brand worcestershire, and it contains NO anchovy.

Ingredients For cheddar cheese ball

1 ccheddar cheese

1 8 oz pkgcream cheese

1/2 Tbspgreen bell pepper, minced

1/2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tsplemon juice
-
dash of garlic powder
-
dash of cayenne pepper

salt
-
sliced almonds or whole pecans
How To Make cheddar cheese ball

1Have all ingredients at room temperature.

2With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except nuts, until the mixture is smooth.

3Shape into a ball & refrigerate until the ball is beginning to set.

4Roll the ball in pecans or almonds.
