I stole this recipe from a friend who invited us to an Easter Brunch. It was different kind of a play on bagels and cream cheese. It's really good.

Ingredients For brunch blueberry rollups

  • 3 lg
    flour tortillas
  • 16 oz
    blueberry cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make brunch blueberry rollups

  • 1
    Lay tortillas out flat. Spread cream cheese on each one. Top each one with 1/4 cup pecans. Roll up. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut into rounds.
