Ingredients For beef nachos

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 16 oz
    can refried beans
  • 16 oz
    jar of salsa
  • 6 oz
    can black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1
    green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • sliced black olives, chopped green onion, tomatoes chopped
  • tortilla chips

How To Make beef nachos

  • 1
    In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is done; drain. Stir in next 7 ingredients; heat through. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with olives, onions and tomatoes if desired. Makes 6 servings.
