Ingredients For bacon-jalapeno poppers

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1/4 c
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2
    egg whites
  • 3 slice
    turkey bacon, cooked, diced
  • 3
    jalapeno peppers, minced
  • 1/2 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 4 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mexican cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make bacon-jalapeno poppers

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 2 cookie sheets w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix all ingredients using hands. Using a tbsp scoop, scoop out meat mix.

    Roll mix into a ball and place on cookie sheet. Continue w/ remaining mix. Bake until light brown, about 20 mins.
