Ingredients For bacon-chive cheese balls

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    shredded gouda
  • 2 slice
    cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon zest
  • hot sauce to taste
  • 1/4 c
    fresh chopped chives

How To Make bacon-chive cheese balls

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together except chives until thoroughly blended. Chill for one hour.

    Form mixture into 1-inch balls; roll in chopped chives.
