Happy New Year 2014 TO YOU ALL! This year for New Year's Eve my husband Anthony & I decided to stay home just the two of us and our Schnoodle Doodles so we could have a nice quiet evening. I thought we would have a really nice Italian Antipasto spread to munch on for the evening which is light but filling. Now if I were making this for guests I would add the vegetables but my husband doesn't like anything pickled. Feel free to add your favorite meats, fruits, veggies & cheeses along with yummy crunchy snacks.
