INGREDIENTS

Sift together twice:

2/3 cups icing sugar
•
1/3 cup all purpose flour
•
1/3 cup cake flour
•
Beat to soft peaks:
•
6 egg whites
•
small pinch salt
•
2 tsp vanilla extract
•
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
•
1/2 cup white sugar - (gradually add a couple of tbsps at a time)
