2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons cold shortening
1 cup sweet milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 dashes nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
