¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
2-3 cups (250 g-375 g) all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, (softened)
¾ cup (150 g) light brown sugar, (packed)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter, (softened)
1 ½ cups (188 g) confectioners' sugar, (sifted)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch kosher salt
