INGREDIENTS

4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts

1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh sage or 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
•
1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
•
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
•
salt to taste

1/2 cup flour
•
2 tablesoons olive oil
•
1/2 cup dry white wine
•
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced
•
3 thin slices prosciutto or bacon (I used prosciutto and it was amazing)
