2- 1/4 cups blanched almond flour
2- 1/4 cups tapioca flour
2 teaspoons sea salt
4 cups fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup white onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
8 thick slices fresh mozarella
2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch thick slices
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar, reduced (instructions below)
