2 cups chicken broth (divided)
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup black raisins
1/2 cup manzanilla olives stuffed with pimiento (sliced )
1/4 cup capers (chopped)
1/2 cup pickled jalapeño rajas (or slices)
