1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss or Emmenthaler cheese
2 Tablespoons dried regular or Italian bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 package (17 oz.) frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 egg beaten with 1 Tablespoon water
