1 4-6 oz salmon filet

For the marinade:

1⁄3 cup hoisin sauce2 tablespoon ginger paste1 clove garlic minced1 tsp sriracha1 tbl sesame oil3 tablespoons maple syrup2 tablespoons soy sauce1 1⁄2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Add the salmon and marinade to a zip lock bag (or a Tupperware container), seal, and refrigerate. For the best results, marinate the salmon for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours.

Once your salmon has marinated, remove from the marinade and top with Trader Joes Everything but the Bagel seasoning and you're ready to air fry!
