Ingredients For goulash (large batch)

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lg
    onion,chopped
  • 1 lg
    green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 4 stalk
    celery, chopped
  • (2) 10 oz
    tomato soup
  • (2) 10.5 oz
    can of water
  • (2) 6 oz
    tomato paste
  • to taste
    salt and pepper
  • to taste
    red pepper (optional)
  • 8 oz
    sharp chedder cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb
    elbow macaroni, cooked

How To Make goulash (large batch)

  • 1
    Boil macaroni. Brown ground beef with onion, celery and peppers, drain fat. Add rest of ingredients - except the cheese. Add to cooked macaroni. Mix well.

    Put all in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 min or 375 for 30 min.
