INGREDIENTS
¾ to 1 pound bacon (about 12 strips)
1 medium to medium-large head of cauliflower
cored and cut into ¾-inch florets
2 to 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and black pepper
16 ounces Sfoglini cascatelli by Sporkful
1 cup sage leaves
Zest and juice of 1 lemon (separated)
½ to 2/3 cup Parmesan or combination of Parmesan and pecorino
plus more for serving
Good quality olive oil
for drizzling
