Ingredients For skillet meatloaf

1 lbground beef

1egg
-
1/4 cseasoned bread crumbs

1/4 cmilk

1 tsponion powder

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspthyme
-
1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tsptable salt
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 tspyellow mustard
-
3 Tbspketchup, divided
-
1 Tbspvegetable oil
-
2 Tbspbrown sugar
How To Make skillet meatloaf

1In a large bowl, combine the first eleven (11) ingredients. Add 1 Tablespoon of the ketchup and mix with hands until well combined. Form into eight (8) patties.

2In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat Add patties and cook, flipping every four (4) minutes or so and reducing heat as necessary, until patties reach an internal temperature of 160º--it will take about ten (10) minutes per side.

3Remove patties from skillet to plate and tent with foil.

4Return the skillet to medium heat and add brown sugar and the remaining two (2) Tablespoons ketchup. Cook until bubbling and sugar is dissolved, 1 to 2 minutes.

5Spread glaze over tops of patties and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
