Ingredients For pot roast

3-4 lbpot roast

2 pkgdry onion soup mix

worcestershire sauce
-
potatoes, peeled, cut

1 lbcarrots, peeled, sliced

onions.cut

to tastesalt and pepper
How To Make pot roast

1Brown the roast in vegetable oil, both sides in electric skillet on low.

2Add onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce and water, turn up to 250.

3Continue to add water so pan is not dry for 2 hours or so.

4Add vegetables when there is about an hour cooking time left. Note: 3 to 4 lbs. = 2 1/2 to 3 hours total cooking time
