Ingredients For deviled eggs

6eggs

3 Tbspmiracle whip

1 tspyellow mustard

1 Tbspsweet pickle relish or my homemade sweet pickles, chopped

1 tspapple cider vinegar

dashpaprika
How To Make deviled eggs

1Cover eggs with water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes. Shut off heat, cover with lid and let sit for 15 minutes. Run cold water over eggs to cool. Peel off shell .

2Cut eggs in half (lengthwise). Place the yolks in a separate bowl and place the whites on a plate or serving platter.

3Smash the yolks with a fork until fine or put in a small food processor

4Add the rest of the ingredients with the yolks, stir well. Taste a small amount to see if you need to add vinegar or mustard, etc.

5Fill the egg whites with a heaping teaspoon of the yolk mixture

6Sprinkle paprika over the eggs.

7Cover and refrigerate until served.
