This is our favorite version of spaghetti.The hard boiled eggs originated from Grandma Sue Colkitt due to the catholic tradition of no meat on Friday. The eggs substituted for meatballs.

Ingredients For spaghetti with meat sauce

1 lbspaghetti

(2) 24 ozspaghetti sauce

2 lbground beef
-
1 lgonion, diced
-
1 lggreen pepper, diced (optional)

15 ozmushrooms, whole (optional)

6-12eggs, hard boiled,peeled (optional)

to tastegarlic powder

to tastesalt and pepper
How To Make spaghetti with meat sauce

1Brown ground beef with the onions and peppers. Season with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Drain grease.

2Add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms & eggs. Simmer to enhance flavor.

3Boil spaghetti noodles then drain.

4Dish up a portion of noodles on a plate, then cover with sauce. Top with parmesan cheese.
