6 ozcream cheese
-
5 tsp2% milk

1/2 cshredded colby cheese

2 Tbspgreen pepper, chopped

1 Tbsponion, chopped fine

1 pkgrefrigerated crescent rolls

5 slicebacon, cooked & crumbled
How To Make bacon quiche tarts

1Preheat the oven to 375º F.

2In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and milk together until smooth.

3Add eggs, cheese, green pepper and onion.
-
4Separate the crescent roll dough into eight triangles and press into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin pan.

5Sprinkle half of the bacon into muffin cups; pour the egg mixture over that, and top with remaining bacon.

6Bake uncovered at 375º for 18-22 minutes or until done. Serve warm.
