I have made this for myself for years and is a quick breakfast. You can use any kind of fruit besides strawberries, use your imagination. Do not replace the banana it is what makes this smoothie thick.

Ingredients For smoothie

  • 1 md
    banana
  • 4-5
    strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make smoothie

  • 1
    In a blender, pour milk, add banana and strawberries. Blend for about 2 minutes until thick. Pour into glass and enjoy.
