I have made this for myself for years and is a quick breakfast. You can use any kind of fruit besides strawberries, use your imagination. Do not replace the banana it is what makes this smoothie thick.

How To Make smoothie

1In a blender, pour milk, add banana and strawberries. Blend for about 2 minutes until thick. Pour into glass and enjoy.
