Ingredients For pineapple pecan cake

1/2 cbutter, softened

1 1/2 csugar

2 lgeggs

20 ozcrushed pineapple in juice

1 cpecans, chopped

2 tspbaking soda

2 cflour

1/4 cbutter, softened
-
8 oz pkgcream cheese, softened

2 cpowdered sugar
-
1 Tbspmilk
-
1 Tbspvanilla
-
1/4 cchopped pecans

1sugar free cake mix
How To Make pineapple pecan cake

1Mix the butter and sugar together, add eggs, stir. Add pineapple and juice, pecans, soda, and flour. Mix.

2Put batter in a prepared 9 x 13" pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350. Cool cake.

3Icing: Mix butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, stir. Frost cooled cake, sprinkle with more pecans. Enjoy!

4Easier directions: Mix cake mix as per instructions, but drain the pineapple and use the juice for the liquid in mix, use 1/2 cup butter instead of oil. Add vanilla.
