Ingredients For fresh layered salad

1 bagsalad mix

2celery stalks, washed and diced

1/2pepper, green, diced

1/2onion, purple, diced

1 pkgpeas, green, frozen

1 1/2 cmiracle whip

3/4 csour cream
-
3 Tbspsugar or 2 pkg of truvia

5eggs, hard boiled

8 ozsharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 ozbacon bits, real,
How To Make fresh layered salad

1Boil eggs, cover eggs with water in a small pan, bring to boil, boil 10 minutes, drain hot water, add cool water to pan to cool eggs, peel eggs and dice

2In a glass 9"x 13" pan, place chopped salad mix. Add celery, green pepper, onion, and green peas, sprinkling evenly over each layer.

3Mix the Miracle Whip, sour cream and sugar together in a small bowl. Carefully spread over peas.

4Layer the diced eggs, cheese, and bacon bits, refrigerate until ready to serve. I usually make this in the morning for the evening meal or make the day ahead. This lasts for a couple of days, refrigerated
