This recipe required you to cook the sausage first(some recipes just have you mix the raw sausage in with the dry)-I love the way these taste!

Ingredients For sausage appetizers

  • 1 lb
    sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter,, melted
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make sausage appetizers

  • 1
    Cook the sausage until crumbly and pour unto a couple of paper towels to drain the grease, melt butter. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and stir together. You can either drop by cookie scoop unto prepared pan or you can make little muffins in muffin tins. Bake at 375 until light brown 15-20 minutes.
