This is my favorite cheese cake recipe! It was from my grandma Elsie Goehle then passed to my mom.

Ingredients For cheese cake
- CRUST

20graham crackers, finely crushed

1 tspsugar

1/4 lbmargarine, melted
- FILLING

1 lbcream cheese

1/2 csugar

3 lgeggs, added one at atime

1 tspvanilla
- TOPPING

1 ptsour cream
-
1/4 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make cheese cake

1Mix together ingredients for crust. Press crust mixture in a 9 x 13 greased pan.

2Mix together filling ingredients. Pour filling mixture over crust Bake at 375 for 20 minutes Let cool for 20 minutes

3Mix together topping ingredients. Pour on top of filling. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
