This is my favorite cheese cake recipe! It was from my grandma Elsie Goehle then passed to my mom.

Ingredients For cheese cake

  • CRUST
  • 20
    graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 lb
    margarine, melted
  • FILLING
  • 1 lb
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3 lg
    eggs, added one at atime
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • TOPPING
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make cheese cake

  • 1
    Mix together ingredients for crust. Press crust mixture in a 9 x 13 greased pan.
  • 2
    Mix together filling ingredients. Pour filling mixture over crust Bake at 375 for 20 minutes Let cool for 20 minutes
  • 3
    Mix together topping ingredients. Pour on top of filling. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
