4 TBS. honey

2 1/2 tsp. salt

2 C. whole-wheat flour

2 1/2 C. white flour (I only use Bob's Red Mill unbrominated & unbleached)
•
3 tsp. commercial rapid rise yeast (I use Red Star)

1/2 c. olive oil, divided
