macaroni salad
I am using my mom's recipe. We usually didn't make it with the mustard or green pepper. This is a favorite of Jennifer's.

Ingredients For macaroni salad

16 ozelbow macaroni, cooked

4 stalkcelery, chopped

1 lgonion, chopped

1 lggreen pepper, chopped (optional)

mayonnaise
-
salad dressing (miracle whip)

2 1/2 Tbspyellow mustard (optional)
-
dashwhite vinegar
-
dashsugar
-
to tastecelery seed (optional)
-
to tastesalt and pepper
-
12 oztuna, drained (optional)
How To Make macaroni salad

1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.

2In a large bowl,stir in the onion and celery with the macaroni. Mix in equal amounts of mayo and miracle whip til desired consistency. Add a few splashes of vinegar, then add dashes of sugar. Mix in tuna Fish Season with celery seed,salt and pepper.

3Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, but preferably overnight.
