Ingredients For salmon loaf

(2) 15 ozsalmon, canned

2 lgeggs
-
1 1/2 cliquid from salmon/plus milk to equal needed measurement

3 ccracker crumbs, fine
-
2 Tbsponions, chopped or dehydrated onions

2 Tbspparsley flakes, dry

to tastesalt and pepper
How To Make salmon loaf

1Take skin off and bones out of salmon, then flake.

2Mix rest of ingredients into the salmon

3Lightly put mixture in a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Do not press mixture down

4Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

5Optional: garnish with lemons or squeeze lemon juice on top
