Ingredients For salmon loaf

  • (2) 15 oz
    salmon, canned
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    liquid from salmon/plus milk to equal needed measurement
  • 3 c
    cracker crumbs, fine
  • 2 Tbsp
    onions, chopped or dehydrated onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley flakes, dry
  • to taste
    salt and pepper

How To Make salmon loaf

  • 1
    Take skin off and bones out of salmon, then flake.
  • 2
    Mix rest of ingredients into the salmon
  • 3
    Lightly put mixture in a 9x5x3 loaf pan. Do not press mixture down
  • 4
    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  • 5
    Optional: garnish with lemons or squeeze lemon juice on top
