Something we made for the teachers when we did Bible School. It was one of their favorites.

Ingredients For mexicali pinwheels

  • flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can
    chopped black olives
  • finely chopped onions
  • picante sauce
  • fine shred cheddar cheese

How To Make mexicali pinwheels

  • 1
    Mix cream cheese and picante sauce together until smooth.

    Take a flour tortilla, spread an even layer of cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle black olives and onions and cheese. Roll up tortilla fairly tight. Cut tortilla into 1/2" slices. Lay on serving platter and enjoy!
