I used to make a five pound bag of potatoes at a time for our dinners!

Ingredients For fried potatoes

  • poataoes, sliced
  • onions, chopped
  • seasoning salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

How To Make fried potatoes

  • 1
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and onions. May have to add a little more oil on top to make sure all is coated Season with a lot of seasoning salt and some pepper.

    May have to turn heat down to medium so the potatoes don't burn. Stir occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown.
