2 Tablespoons olive oil
•
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
•
3 garlic cloves, minced
•
1 lb. chicken breast tenderloins
•
1 lb fresh Green beans, trimmed and chopped in half
•
1 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
•
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
