Ingredients For marinated vegetable salad
- DRESSING

3/4 capple cider vinegar

1 csugar

1/2 ccanola oil

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper
- VEGETABLES

1 canfrench-style green beans
-
1 cangreen peas

1 canwhite shoepeg corn

1 bunchgreen onions, cleaned and sliced thinly

1 ccelery, diced

1 mdgreen pepper, diced

1-2 ozjar pimentos, diced
How To Make marinated vegetable salad

1Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small pan, bring to a boil, cool while prepping the vegetables.

2Drain all the vegetables that are canned, including the pimentos. In a nice bowl, add all the vegetables. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving.
