This is my husband's favorite chicken dish and it's so easy to fix! I usually serve it with a salad and chicken stuffing or mashed potatoes. Sometimes I use chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts.

This is a tremendously satisfying and easy chicken dish to make on a weeknight. The seasoned butter adds flavor and helps to seal in moisture. Chicken breasts are dipped in the butter and then crushed French fried onions. Once baked, the onions crisp and add a little crunch. Serve with a few simple side dishes for a delicious dinner.

Baking time depends on the size of the chicken breasts. Make sure to bake until 165 F.

1In a shallow bowl, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Place onions in another shallow bowl.

2Dip chicken in butter mixture.

3Then coat with onions.

4Place in a greased 11-in x 7-in x 2-in. baking dish. Drizzle with the remaining butter mixture.

5Bake, uncovered, at 400 F for 20-25 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
