Ingredients For smokey texas bbq sauce

2 cketchup

1 cwater

1/2 capple cider vinegar

5 Tbspbrown sugar ( i prefer dark )

5 Tbspsugar

1/2 Tbspblack pepper

1/2 Tbspdry mustard

1/2 Tbsponion powder

1/2 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

1 1/2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

cayenne pepper to taste

1/2 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring
How To Make smokey texas bbq sauce

1Stir all ingredients together, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hr stirring occasionally.

2Store left over sauce in a covered plastic container for up to 2 weeks. It's delicious. I also use this for brisket, chicken, and sloppy joes. :)
