Ingredients For roasted garlic mashed cauliflower

1 lghead cauliflower

1/2 stickbutter, unsalted

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

1/4 cheavy whipping cream

2 Tbspitalian parsley, chopped

1 lghead of garlic, roasted**cut the top of the garlic off, add some evoo, put in aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or so..until soft, squeeze garlic out.**

1 Tbspgreek seasoning or favorite seasoning salt

1 tspblack pepper, course
How To Make roasted garlic mashed cauliflower

1pick out a large firm head of cauliflower

2break cauliflower head into florets

3boil cauliflower florets in a large pot of salted water for 15 minutes or until fork tender. drain in a colander

4in a large mixing bowl combine cauliflower and other ingredients. with an immresion blender or hand mixer whip cauliflower until creamy. you may also put cauliflower in a blender to puree

5bowl up and serve!
