3 1/2 lbred potatoes, cubed

1onion, cut into wedges

6 ozgruyere cheese, grated
How To Make parisienne potatoes

1Preheat oven to 350. Put cubed potatoes and onions in water and cook until just tender.

2Drain and pour into a shallow buttered dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream.

3Sprinkle with cheese and bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
