This is a good drink anytime, but especially during the holidays. Great for cold weather entertaining. The smell of it simmering on the stove is like a little slice of heaven.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Wassail is an old-fashioned spiced apple cider with a mixture of apple, orange, and pineapple juice, warm fall spices, and sweet honey. Cinnamon and clove give this a rich, full flavor. It also adds the feeling of warmth and coziness. Adding orange and pineapple juice makes for a slightly sweet, slightly tangy drink. You'll want to curl up in front of a fire with a glass. Perfect for fall and the holidays.
