Comfort food without all the calories! I was hooked on chili cheese dogs this winter. This is a lighter option with all the flavor. Easy to make too. Optional low-calorie toppings: black olives, tomatoes, and lettuce.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

A healthier twist on chili cheese fries that will satisfy cravings. Sweet potato fries are the base for this dish, rather than french fries. Using vegetarian chili and low-fat cheese cuts down on the calories but still gives the gooey cheesiness you're after. The slightly sweet sweet potato fries are a nice contrast with the savory chili and cheese. Green onions sprinkled on top add a nice pop of freshness. These would be a great appetizer for game day or a small gathering.
