This is my go-to breakfast. I like using blueberries and strawberries, but any combination of frozen fruit - except peaches - seems to work well.

I don't know about you, but I like to enjoy smoothies in the morning as I get my day going in the Test Kitchen!  And this recipe from Mary is a really good one - The flavors are a great mix.  In fact, it was so good I had to fix another one the next day!

    yogurt, fat-free vanilla
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    protein powder, vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    blueberries, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    strawberries, frozen
  • 5
    ice cubes

How To Make mary berry smoothie

    Add ingredients to blender and hit start!
  • 2
    Note: Depending on the sweetness of the berries you may want to add some extra sweetener. I like to use just a little bit of honey.
