Ingredients For greek spinach and chicken orzo

  • 8 oz
    orzo (rice shaped pasta)
  • 1
    deli rotisserie chicken, skin removed, meat shredded
  • 3 c
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1 c
    (4oz.) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1
    large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 c
    pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make greek spinach and chicken orzo

  • 1
    Cook orzo in large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions.

    Drain.

    Return orzo to pot.
  • 4
    Stir in all remaining ingredients.

    Cook 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat or until heated through.
