Ingredients For pizza with olives and feta cheese

  • 1 pizza dough crust, homemade or store bought
  • 1 tsp. cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • kosher salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 6 to 8 kalamata olives pitted
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano

How To Make pizza with olives and feta cheese

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 500. Press out pizza round on baking sheet that has cornmeal spread over the surface. Add ingredients in order and bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts and crust browns. To serve, drizzle a little more olive oil on top. Makes one 10 inch pizza.
