making crumb crusts

I have a hard time finding these instructions every time I make a Graham cracker or chocolate crust for my pie so thought if I printed it out to put into my recipe book it would always be there for me. I hope it helps you to.

1 1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs (24 squares)

1/4 csugar

1/3 cbutter or margarine, melted
- CHOCOLATE WAFER

1 1/4 cchocolate wafers (20 wafers)

1/4 csugar

1/4 cbutter or margarine, melted
- VANILLA WAFER

1 1/2 cvanilla wafers (30 )

no sugar
-
1/4 cbutter or margarine, melted
- CREAM- FILLED CHOCOLATE

1 1/2 ccream-filled chocolate cookies (15 )

1/4 cbutter or margarine, melted
- GINGERSNAP

1 1/2 cginger cookies (24 )

How To Make making crumb crusts

1These instructions are for each of the above crumb mixtures.

2In a bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter or margarine; blend well Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in, pie plate.

3Chill 30 minutes before filling or bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool before filling.
