For you guys who like to grill, this one is for you. This is so easy and so simple. If you are a hamburger lover like my family, you will love this. Sometimes I leave the steak seasoning out and only use salt and pepper. The secret to the juiciest burger is the water.

These hamburgers were a delightful surprise and proof that sometimes less is more. Ground chuck is seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning, salt, and pepper. Adding water ensures the meat remains juicy and tender. The simplicity of the ingredients enables all the flavors to shine. Get creative and mix up different seasonings if you like. This technique is terrific and can carry an array of flavors.

    ground chuck
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 Tbsp
    McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make juiciest hamburgers ever

  • Hamburger ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form your burgers. I like to make 3 burgers per pound. I figure 1/2 cup of water per pound of ground beef. Adjust the seasoning for the number of burgers.
  • Grill the hamburger.

    For best results, cook your burgers on an outdoor gas or charcoal grill. Cook until your preference.
