Ingredients For corn pudding

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 csugar

2eggs
-
1 csour cream
-
1 pkgcornbread/muffin mix (8.5 oz)

1/2 cmilk
-
1 canwhole kernel corn (15.25 oz)

1 cancream-style corn (14.75 oz)
How To Make corn pudding

1In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Beat in sour cream.

4Gradually add cornbread/muffin mix alternately with milk.

5Fold in the corn.

6Pour into a greased 3 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
