ham puffs
(11 ratings)
These are extremely quick to make. They are great for a morning meeting or get-together!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
These ham puffs are a great appetizer or even a tasty addition to a brunch menu. The Dijon mustard and onion give them a punch of flavor but not overpowering. Buttery, flaky crescent bread provides the base to a slightly puffy ham and cheese filling. A fantastic way to use leftover holiday ham. We were able to fill 24 mini muffin cups with the ingredients. Delicate and fluffy, these tasty little bites are surprisingly satisfying.

How To Make ham puffs
Test Kitchen Tips
If you can find Pillsbury crescent dough sheets those are perfect for this recipe. Also, the texture of these is not like a quiche. The egg just holds the ingredients together and gets slightly puffy inside the crescent dough.
-
1Roll out crescent rolls and press triangles together. Cut into 24 pieces.
-
2Using a mini muffin pan, press dough into the pan.
-
3Mix all ingredients together.
-
4Fill crescent rolls in a muffin pan with mixture.
-
5Bake @ 350 until brown (about 10-15) minutes.
-
6Enjoy!
