These are extremely quick to make. They are great for a morning meeting or get-together!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These ham puffs are a great appetizer or even a tasty addition to a brunch menu. The Dijon mustard and onion give them a punch of flavor but not overpowering. Buttery, flaky crescent bread provides the base to a slightly puffy ham and cheese filling. A fantastic way to use leftover holiday ham. We were able to fill 24 mini muffin cups with the ingredients. Delicate and fluffy, these tasty little bites are surprisingly satisfying.
