2 call purpose flour

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 cbutter, softened

2- 8ozpkg cream cheese softened

1/2 csugar plus 2 tb divided

2 lgeggs

3granny smith apples peeled & cored & chopped

1/2 tspground cinnamon
-
1/4 tspground nutmeg
-
1/2 ccaramel topping
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1Pre-heat oven 350 In med bowl combine flour & brown sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or with your hands until mixture is crumbly.Press evenly into a 13 x 9 baking pan lined with foil. Bake 15 mins or til lightly brown.

2In a large bowl beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar in an electric mixer at med speed till smooth. Then add eggs 1 at a time & vanilla. Stir to combine, pour over warm crust.

3In a small bowl stir together chopped apples, remaining 2 TB sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle evenly with Streusel topping. Bake 30 mins or til filling is set. Drizzle with Caramel Topping.
